       RAPware

RAPware, a major program with Rebuilding thru Art Project, Inc. (RAP) was initiated in West Baltimore in the summer of 2008 in association with artist/assistant professor E. Blaise DePaolo of the Morgan State University Visual Arts Department.  RAP artists and interns conduct workshops  to train youth and adults in the production of architectural tile and functional ceramic products, including hand built flower pots, planters, and plates for restaurants.   Entrepreneurial  skills are taught in venues such as the annual FlowerMart Baltimore.  Partners also include Baltimore Design School.
